About AlaynaBug Boutique:
April is the Mom behind AlaynaBug Boutique. She became a SAHM (Stay At Home Mom) in 2008 when she was pregnant with Alayna (now 2 ½) She is also the mother to 10 year old Cindy who is adopted, and has two fuzzy babes- Rosa Bell and Roxy. She has been very happily married to the man of her dreams for 2 years, and together for 5 ½. They met mud riding on 4 wheelers with some of their mutual friends. This was their favorite thing to do before the girls.
April was a Medical Assistant in Pediatrics before becoming a SAHM/ WAHM and absolutely loved her patients! When she found out that she was expecting she knew that she wanted to stay at home with her littles. April was one of 6 children and her mother worked two jobs to support the family. April wanted to spend more time with her children and give her what she missed out on. She knew that if at all possible she wanted to be their for every first.
After having Alayna she found herself in love with all the adorable bows and cute girly clothes, but she (as most of us) did not want to pay the hefty price tags on many of those items. She decided to teach herself to make bows, and her Mother in law taught her how to sew. She got an Embroidery machine for her Birthday (a week early as she is terrible with surprises ;) ) and loves the endless possibilities. She is like a kid in a candy store when it comes to new designs. Anything you can think up, she can find for you.
She loves creating cute things! April loves seeing children in something she made, or hearing her littles telling someone "My Mommy made that!" Her favorite things to make are anything that will make people laugh. She is a huge OU fan (Oklahoma Sooners) and her favorite embroidery saying so far is "Mommas don't let your babies grow up to be longhorns"
She looks forward to all the new things to come and she cant wait to make new things for your little ones.

What I Thought:
I won a shirt from April, and it was just too awesome not to share with you all! I wanted a special onesie for Zoey to wear Christmas Eve, and to some of the family functions we were going too. She did an amazing job and truly made it special. I will save this in Z's baby album, and of course the pictures of her in this will be memories that will last a lifetime.
April was able to truly personalize every single aspect of the shirt from each thread color to the fabric! This ended up being a one of a kind shirt!
I will be ordering from April for every other special occasion we have!
(I apologize for the poor pictures, it looks as if I will be needing a new camera very soon :( )
