About Sweetheart Designs by Ute:
Ute is a very inspiring woman, and an amazing artist. She is from Germany (where her parents still live) and is happily married to her best friend and love of her life. They share a passion for motorcycles, and love to ride every chance they get. They love night-riding in their HD Heritage Classic. They have two fluffy/ Furry children- Rosy the Scotty, and Selena the cat. They spoil them rotten, and make sure they have all the love in the world.
Ute started making jewelry two years ago when she was playing around with an old bead stash she had. She brought a pair of earrings she had made into work to show her friends, and they liked them so well they wanted to buy them. She started selling them to friends and family and found that they were selling really well. She decided to start selling at markets, shows, and on Etsy. Ute loves to create custom orders. Most customers leave some room for her to get creative, and they are always pleased.
Ute sells a variety of lovely pieces such as earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and hair-sticks.
What I thought:
Ute sent me a fabulous one of a kind necklace to review. I love the vintage look of the necklace. I will be the first to admit that I am incredibly hard on necklaces. I always forget to take them off- resulting in me showering with them on, sleeping in them, and a 9 month old pulling at them all day. I have worn it for a week straight, and it looks just as perfect as the day day I took it out of the package. The beads (black and olivine and a Japanese tensha bead) are amazing. I love pieces that make a statement, and things that are one of a kind. This fabulous piece of art is both!

Kinsley River Designs- Review and Giveaway!!
About Kinsley River Designs-
Alana is the Momma behind Kinsley River Designs. Alana is the proud Mother of two- Sullivan (4 years old) and Kinsley (2 in February). Alana learned to bead this past February from her Mother in law. She love creating bracelets, and became instantly addicted. Kinsley always wanted to wear Mommy's bracelets, so Alana started making her mini bracelets. From there she started Mommy and me sets. By the summer she had opened her own shop on Etsy and on Facebook so that she could share her fabulous sets with other Mommys and daughters.
Kinsley River Designs offers Mommy and Me sets, Watches, and Adult and Youth Bracelets. All that is needed is your wrist measurement. She also makes lovely keepsake spoons, and earrings.
What I thought-
I won a Mommy and Me bracelet set from Alana in her photo contest (thanks to all of you wonderful Momma's who voted for Zoey!). I picked the style that I wanted from one of her "Wall" pictures, and she was able to customize it to what I wanted. The picture showed a bracelet with pink pearls and crystal beads. I asked her to change it up and make ours with plum pearls. They turned out far better than I thought they would. They are the perfect size. Zoey has a little growing room, but they are not too big either. She had them done and shipped in only a day or two, and just a few days after winning Zoey and I were sporting what is probably the cutest jewelry set I own. We get compliments whenever we have them on. The jewelry set looks like something you would pay mega bucks for at a high end jewelry store, but even better... They are very reasonably priced and made my a lovely Momma! I had a great experience with Alana!
You can find all of Kinsley River Designs products here.
You can find her Etsy page here.
For Giveaway-
One lucky winner will get to choose between a Keepsake spoon- These are the perfect keepsake for your little one, or a Youth bracelet like shown below.
*All keepsake spoons are hand-wash only*

Military Gals Jewelry Review and Giveaway!
To me there is nothing like a good quality piece of jewelry. One that speaks for itself, and tells a story. That is exactly what Military Gal's Jewelry offers.
This Momma has a husband that has served two deployments in the Army so far. She has been blessed with a 7 moth old, and somehow manages to keep everything together while still having time to make some amazing statement pieces. She loves to make custom pieces, and loves beading necklaces.
This Military Momma has been making jewelry since May of 2009. I really love that she buys all of her beads from The Bead Lady in Concord, NC (A family owned business). Kathleen and Amanda of The Bead Lady taught her how to bead during the first week of her husbands 2nd deployment.
When you buy from Military Gals Jewelry, you are not only supporting her Military family, but another family business!
What I thought:
I received a custom necklace. She asked me what my style was. I did my best to describe my personal style... Bohemian rocker (Yes two completely opposite styles... I'm special :) ) I thought for sure she was going to think I was nuts, and wasn't sure if there was a way to bring the two together in one piece. She proved me wrong. She also asked my favorite colors, which I answered: purple and turquoise.
This is what she came up with...
Beautiful Perfection! This embodies my style!!
The Beads are magnetite, agate, and seat beads, and the clasp is made out of gunmetal. Beauty and quality!
I have worn this necklace since I got it in. I am rough on necklaces, never really taking them off. I forget and shower with them on, and sleep with them on. Zoey also likes to play with it. It is very sturdy, and very well made. The weight of the necklace is perfect!
Military Gals Jewelry is just getting started on FB, so be sure to show her some support.
You can order from her Etsy Shop here.
What is up for grabs?
A $25 gift card for any piece of Military Gal's awesome jewelry!
